Because we maintain a 100% natural, whole food-based ingredient policy, with no preservatives, additives, or artificial ingredients, our powder does have a shelf life. Similar to the way all natural and organic foods do. Our powder typically has a shelf life of 1.5 years, but please check the expiration date on your jar. All jars are accurately assessed and labeled during manufacturing.

Yes! In fact, our wild-caught, deep sea marine collagen is technically by definition "organic," but according to FDA regulations, only farmed sources can be labeled organic if meeting set conditions. Our camu camu is organic. And our hint of vanilla is from an organic vanilla bean as well. We are absolutely, 100% free of any additional ingredients including artificial ingredients, preservatives, additives, and our fish have never been treated with antibiotics or hormones.
Typically, in room temperature liquids, the powder will not clump. But because we do not use any (artificial) additives as emulsifiers, the powder may slightly clump initially in very cold or hot liquids. If this occurs, not to worry - just stir an extra few minutes and it should dissolve.
